I ordered Paintbox yarns simple 10gm balls of DK. I had previously ordered Paintbox yarns simple 100gm DK but that is now out of stock. The 10gm DK turned out to be a much thinner wool, therefore I could not use it on the jumper I was knitting. You would have thought they would be the same? As stated the colour I am using is of stock, I was told it would be in stock in two weeks, that was over four weeks ago. Cannot finish the jumper I am knitting until the wool is back in stock. Very disappointed, especially as I was charged return postage on the 10gm DK I had to return. I would consider this very poor customer service.
