These happy picnic bandits found something sweet! This cute modern cross stitch pattern features ants carrying a mountain of tasty watermelon, along with some strawberries and cherries on their merry way back to their colony. Texture is added with back/straight stitches, St. George's Crosses, and French knots. The photographed sample was stitched on 28-count Green Sapphire Cashel Linen by Zweigart with DMC stranded floss. It is 9 x 12 inches with a flatfold finish.
