Product Details
The Daddy O Scarf uses single crochet and modified Front Post Double Treble crochet stitches. The modified stitch eliminates the gap that is usually created with post work. That makes the wrong side lay nice and flat, as well. The border is a simple slip stitch border that gives it a nice finishing touch. This pattern works up fairly quickly with less than 2 skeins of Lion Brand's Heartland yarn and a larger hook.

The Daddy O scarf was originally inspired by my stepfather. It’s a simple design with a little bit of flair - kind of like him! Although I don’t call my stepfather “Dad”, his name, or “stepdad”, I do call him “Daddy O”. I have no idea where that name came from, it just seemed to fit him. So, here we have the Daddy O Scarf!
