Tahki Yarns Cotton Classic was developed by Tahki founder Diane Friedman when her search for the world's most beautiful mercerized cotton took her to a mill in Greece. The resulting Cotton Classic yarn is DK weight and made from 100% mercerized cotton, giving it softness, strength and a lovely drape. Available in more than 125 vibrant and long-lasting shades!

I’ve been knitting with Tahki Cotton Classic for many years. It’s, by far, my favorite yarn. Unfortunately it’s getting very hard to find. I found the yarn through Love Crafts and have made a couple of purchases. I wasn’t sure how quickly I would receive my order but was pleasantly surprised! Thank you Love Crafts.
It’s working up nicely. I’m using a pattern I had. I’ll try to send a picture of the finished item.
This yarn make lovely garments, with great stitch definition. I would have given it five stars, but more than half of the skeins I ordered had a a break in them. When knitting in the round, fewer knots are better!
My favorite cotton - smooth, great for baby hats
Bought it for a summer project not realising it wasn’t 100% cotton but it’s so soft and breathable that I don’t mind. Beautiful rich colour.
