Another name for this style shawl is a SONTAG. I have had several people talk about a shawl of this construction. Blocked: Small – 80.5” across top by 24” at back point Medium – 86” across top by 26” at back point Large – 92” across top by 28” at back point X-Large – 97” across top by 30” at back point It is a great no-brainer knit. I know that the garter ridges do not go the same way as the one in the movie, but that doesn’t bother me. I will use this one when I go for my spinning demonstrations and have to dress up. I LOVE it!
