I always have way too much fun with Fair Isle. When I put the Fair Isle together with the Cascade Fixation yarn I fell in love. The bold colors combined with the Fair Isle design really make a cute baby hat. Once I finished the hat it was clear that it needed something to top it off, so I made a little whale with Fimo clay. Before I baked it I put a hole in the top. When he was finished baking I glued some blue wire in his spout and beads in his eyes. The matching booties a set.
