Product Details
This is a fairly simple pattern with a two row repeat. Each side will look different from the other. You’ll notice as you work through the pattern the stitches that seem pushed to the back will get a regular double crochet and the ones kind of forward will have a fpdc worked into them.
You could use a different cotton from what is recommended, I would choose one that is a little on the thinner side of worsted/medium weight to maintain gauge.
