Product Details
Filigreen is a triangle shawl with a difference. Simple stripes are overlaid with lines of slipped stitches and mini-cables to create a dynamic and eye-catching filigree effect reminiscent of other places and times.
It is ideal for showing off two strongly contrasting or complementary skeins, or try a solid paired with a speckled or gradient yarn for dynamic results. Sample used 300m of Blackberry and 260 of Moss.
The size of the shawl is adaptable, and both the straight and th crossing line sections can be continued to any size.
The design can be worked entirely from the written pattern, or from charts with some notes.
Suits heavy fingering to worsted weight yarn in any yardage between approx 500m and 1000m.
