The inspiration for the Valentine Shrug came to me when I was looking for the perfect little garment to throw over the frock I was wearing to a Summer wedding, a cute shrug was the wardrobe addition I was seeking. Feeling romantic, the heart motif featured in the Valentine Lace I designed long ago seemed perfect for this project, resulting in a perfect little throw on for a special event or something lovely for every day.
