Product Details
Thumbs Up are fingerless mittens that are knit starting from the thumb. The hand, in squishy garter stitch combined with diagonal cables, is worked around the thumb, forming a square. When it reaches the desired width, the square is folded and two sides are joined on the bind-off row.
DK weight yarn makes the mittens both warm and a very quick knit. For the best results, use a solid or semi-solid colourway - I used Miss Babs Yowza in Honey Cake.
Yarn: 170 (180, 200) m/190 (200, 220) yds of DK weight yarn.
