The Sweetheart Hat is a fun, quick colourwork pattern with a cute Valentine’s Day theme. The heart motif uses two contrasting colours and combines the stranded colourwork method with some simple bobbles, giving the design an interesting graphic texture. For extra warmth and coziness, this worsted weight hat is knit using two strands of fingering weight yarn held together with one strand of mohair. The pattern can be worked from written or charted instructions. There are two different sizes to choose from, adult and baby, so you can knit one for yourself and one for the little sweetheart in your life.
