Our Remi baby pattern contains knitting instructions for a V-necked jacket and hat.
This knitting pattern will fit a chest size approx 18” (approx age 6 to 12 months).
The pattern is an easy knit and suitable for a beginner with some knitting experience of combinations of knit and purl stitches.
The yarn I used for this baby knitting pattern was a solid shade of Cygnet Pato Baby DK, but will knit up in any Baby DK yarn. The complete outfit takes 2 x 100g balls for the both sizes. It will knit up in any DK yarn provided you check the tension. Please note this design works best with a solid colour due to the textured pattern. Patterns tend to get lost in variegated yarn.
You will also need 3.5mm and 4mm straight needles and buttons.

The hats edge in the pic is ribbed but the instructions wasn't you to do a garter st there . Also I think the repeat pattern ( in the pattern ) is off , as I cannot create the ridges as shown ... doing as instructed . Dissapointed .
