Beautiful color, soft yarn. Very easy to work with and because it's a little thicker than DK yarns, the project seems to go faster. Great yarn.
Paintbox Simply Aran is my favorite yarn! It is easy to work with, colors are beautiful and consistent. Strands do not separate. It is smooth so the crochet hook slides through it easily. It's just great yarn!
I'm currently knitting squares to make a blanket using this yarn and it's very easy to work with. I've had already used plenty of Paintbox DK yarn to knit toys so was already a fan of Paintbox. But it's good to know that the quality continues with the aran yarns. There's a great choice of colours and they're well priced - especially when on sale. I've been using Blush Pink and Vintage Heather and they're both lovely for a blanket and go well together. Also, for an acrylic yarn it feels very soft once knitted up.
