You will need approximately 194 (223, 244, 269, 300, 326, 379, 400, 423)g of the main colour and less than 25g of the contrast colour.
Note that yarn listed is based on the 50g skeins of Manos Silk Blend - these are sometimes sold in 100g skeins. Be sure to check before you buy!
