110 yards of MC, 55 yards of CC to make 1 hat.
Yarn Substitute, use 2+ ply of worsted weight yarn, wool or superwash wool that yields target gauge.
Needles
US #5 / 3 mm, or change needles to obtain gauge

24 sts x 26 rows = 4” x 4” / 10 cm x 10 cm in colorwork stitch after blocking.
20 sts x 26 rows = 4” x 4” / 10 cm x 10 cm in stockinette stitch after
Design and Construction
Work hat in round from bottom up.
Begin hat with 1x1 ribbing.
Work chart.
Work evenly until hat measures 7 ¼” / 18.5 cm.
Work decreases for the crown.
