These elegant lace mitts come in two sizes and are easy to adjust in length.
Construction: The mitts are worked in the round from the fingers to the wrist. The thumb is cast on first, then the hand is worked until the point where it is joined to the thumb. The thumb stitches are then gradually decreased.
Skills required: Knitting and purling in the round, working cables over 3 stitches, different increases, and right- and left-leaning decreases over 2 and 3 stitches.
The pattern is best worked from charts, although written instructions for each separate lace chart are also included.
