The Mawghan Blanket is designed using two yarn weights 4ply/fingering or 8ply/DK.You choose the yarn weight that you would prefer.The 4ply/fingering weight option is suitable for a baby’s large bassinet blanket or an adult’s lap blanket.The 8ply/DK weight option is suitable for a cot blanket or an adults blanket/throw.
The prototype yarn for the pattern photo is Touch Yarns NZ Merino 8ply.
