From the pattern: "Felting results can vary widely depending on the yarn used. If yarn is substituted for this project, it may be wise to purchase enough yarn to make a third slipper as a test sample. Make one slipper and felt it following the instructions to determine if adjustments need to be made for a proper fit." Instructions are included for making such adjustments if needed.
