This hat is knit in the round from the bottom up and includes both charted and full written instructions, as well as a separate version for knitters with additional visual needs.
This pattern uses the provisional cast-on to create a double thickness brim. You can find a tutorial for this and any other special techniques used in my patterns on my website.
