Product Details
The little unicorn sweater is knit in stockinette in 4 pieces, front, back and two sleeves from the bottom up. It is complete with ribbed edges.
Intarsia is used to knit the unicorn design and the eye and nose are added at the end with embroidery.
Mattress stitch is used to seam the pieces.
SIZES: 3mths, 6mths, 1yr, 2yr, 4yr, 6yr, 8yr
MATERIALS: This pattern is worked with yarn knitted at a gauge of 22sts = 4 inches.
The yarn used in the pictures was Rico Design, essentials merino DK yarn
Colour A – 3 (3, 4, 4, 6, 7, 8) balls or 306 (338, 415, 465, 616, 726, 848) metres/ 335 (370, 454, 508, 674, 794, 928) yards. This includes enough yarn to make a 20x20cm swatch.
Colour B – one ball (all sizes) or 16 (16, 24, 24, 24, 48, 48) metres/ 18 (18, 31, 26, 26, 52, 52) yards.
