Product Details
This pretty summertime shawlette features a lace stitch pattern worked on both sides, that results in an open fabric ideal for accessorising on warmer days. It is worked from the top down, beginning with a garter tab. The shawlette has a finished size of 20” (51cm) deep at the centre and 44” (111.5cm) along the top edge after blocking. Pattern tension is based on 20 sts and 34 rows to 4” (20cm) of stocking stitch after blocking. Since the lace pattern stitch is worked on both right side and wrong side rows and involves decreases through the back loop, this pattern is suited to knitters with some experience of lace knitting rather than beginners.
