”Leksak”, meaning ”toy” in Swedish, is an intriguing top-down pullover for both boys and girls! Slightly cropped sleeves that don’t get in the way, and with a different and decorative take on the front panel. Most of the garment is worked flat, but still manages to be completely seamless. A perfect sweater for keeping the little ones warm while playing! The pattern includes instructions for both the closed pullover and the open front tunic.

I made the tunic for my cousin's baby and it turned out perfectly. The pattern was not difficult once I understood the instructions for the yoke. My cousin loves that it is easy to slip over the head and the wider sleeves are easy for her to get her baby's arms through. I'm quite sure she wants me to make more sizes and colour choices as baby grows.
