Product Details
The Ivy poncho is a cosy poncho that is perfect for outdoor nature walks, sitting in the garden on cooler evenings, or for wrapping up in by the fire on a cold winter’s day.
The pattern is easy as all stitch patterns are formed with simply knit and purl stitches, and there is no shaping while knitting. You need to able to cast/bind on and off, knit and purl, and sew up – photos are included to help with finishing. Instructions are in English, with UK/US terms. Suitable for the confident beginner, or an easier knit for the more experienced - great for TV knitting!
There are 2 adult sizes, and the chest size overlaps both - if you prefer a larger poncho then go for the adult size: if a neater look, choose the Small Adult. (The model is wearing the adult size, although her chest is only 81cm/32in, 165cm/5ft 5ins tall, UK8/US4.) Most chunky/bulky yarns should work well, but please check tension/gauge.
