- 5.0mm crochet hook
- Any size 4/medium Acrylic Yarn
- I used “I LOVE THIS YARN” in #130 Dark Olive, and #2001 Ivory Tweed.
- Gauge: 13 stitches x 14 rows = 4x4inch square
- Yarn amount will depend on how large you want your blanket to be. 4x4inch swatch = 12.5 grams of yarn.
- Each Initial (letter) will use about 5 grams of yarn.
- Level: Easy/Intermediate. Uses a US Half-double crochet stitch with some color changing at the beginning of the pattern.
- Stitch Key: ch- chain, hdc- half-double crochet, yo- yarn over, st- stitch
- HDC (under all 3 loops) Stitch Instructions: yo, insert hook under all 3 loops, pull up a loop, yo, pull through all 3 loops on hook.
