This pretty Fairisle cowl has a spring theme with its motifs of tulips, chickens and little folk men and women in fresh colours in Rowan Felted Tweed DK. It is knitted as a tube on either four double-pointed needles or a circular needle and the cast-on and cast-off ends are stitched together to form a loop.
