Dropcloth Samplers is a line of embroidery patterns based on original drawings by artist Rebecca Ringquist. Each design is printed and ready to hoop and stitch. The packaging includes simple directions, based on the idea that embroidery need not be so uptight, but can rather be improvised. Pick your own colors and jump in.. Inspired by the marks Rebecca found herself making in her own sketchbooks, this sampler is packed with no less than 31 different stitches for you to discover, practice and master. You’ll be left with a work of art to hang on your wall and a reference for future embroidery projects. The sampler arrives preprinted on cotton quilting fabric, ready to stitch and includes basic instructions. You provide your own threads, needles, and hoop.
