The Dissension poncho is a bit reminiscent of the collar that Judge Ruth Bader Ginsberg wore when she dissented on rulings in the Supreme Court only in a longer cowl/poncho version.
Knitted from the top down and in the round with an easy two color Intarsia method. Triangular stitch patterns, color changes and increases lead to a flared dotted border.
