1/We have ordered for 2 yrs. Love crafts is the sole supplier for Debbie bliss. 2/The product - cashmere merino wool mix suitable for baby clothes, and range of colours, - is fine. 3/Royal Mail delivery is excellent. Unlike some courier services you can change the delivery en route if you discover the window is when you are out. 4/ Love crafts marketing treats the buyer like an imbecile with it s YAY and dancing so NO I definitely do not want to sign up for mailshots. 5/on our last purchase, for 10x 1 colour & 5 another, the pricing for 10 packs & 5 packs was more than 10x or 5x single balls, ie instead of a discount the price increased! also that 10 ball packs price varied by colour . We rang love crafts, at 1st they suggested we ordered single balls but agreed to investigate and eventually rang back to say the pricing error has been corrected,. The price difference was over £20. It leaves us nervous about trusting their pricing.
I have used this product many times and shall be using it many times in the future. I have knitted garments for babies but I also make garments for myself as I feel 4 ply knits up more evenly than double knitting. I also love the extensive variety of colours it comes in. Excellent product so thank you.
