200 (250, 300)g knitting yarn, cotton 120 m/50g (131 yd/50g) or yarn, which gives you the gauge of 18 sts/27 r = 10 x 10 cm (4" x 4"). Elastic band for the waist, app. 1 m, 2 cm wide (1,1 yd x 3/4"). Sew the waistline with a sewing machine -- instruction in pdf.
