Product Details
A lovely short or long waistcoat or sleeveless cardigan in an elegant but casual design in columns of garter stitch altering wide plaits. The textured surface gives the garment a handsome rustic look. The cables running up mid front and round the sleeve-gabs are crossed differently each side. The collar in garter st gives a nice finish to the cardigan. The cardigan is supposed to stay open - rather wide open. Worked flat. Detailed written pattern with charts for this beautiful design. It is an enjoyable work. Difficulty of execution measured from 1 (beginner) to 5 (advanged): 4.
Wool: 100 % merino wool, DK-weight, 50 g = 125 meters. To use 400 - 500 - 600 - 700 g. For the longer version to use 100 g more.
