Blushing Rose Trinket Box

As part of the #hobbiishadesofred challenge, I wanted to create something that could be used beyond February 14th, as an ongoing expression of love.

So I designed and crocheted this mini box both to hold a small gift for a loved one, and to be kept afterwards as a trinket box and keepsake.

It’s a special reminder that they’re loved not just on Valentine’s Day or anniversaries, but all the year round ❤

It can also be reused as a gift box again and again because it won’t get smushed or fall apart like paper bags and boxes. Think of it as furoshiki with a bit of added structure!
