Child’s Textured Jumper – PDF Knitting Pattern
Our Ben children’s pattern contains knitting instructions for a jumper featuring a textured pattern throughout.
This knitting pattern will fit a chest size approx 22-24”
The pattern is an easy knit and suitable for a beginner with some knitting experience of combinations of knit and purl stitches.
The yarn I used for this children’s knitting pattern was a solid shade of King Cole Cherished DK. The complete outfit takes 2 x 100g balls for the 22” chest, and 3 x 100g balls for the 24” chest. It will knit up in any DK yarn provided you check the tension Please note this design works best with a solid colour due to the textured pattern. Patterns tend to get lost in variegated yarn.
You will also need 3.5mm and 4mm straight needles, 2 x stitch holders and 3 buttons.
