This cowl is so easy, so satisfying, so soft and warm, and so darn cute. Did I mention fast? Fast, too. And reversible. And there are pom poms! What’s not to love? I heartily recommend Clover Pom Pom makers- in my experience, they make the most uniform poms with the least effort. But you can also make pom poms with cardboard cut outs or even around your fingers. A Google search for tutorials will give you plenty of choices :-)
