The Magnetic Microbe knitting pattern gives you clear step by step instructions and it only involves knitting flat.
This pattern is suitable for a beginner/intermediate knitter and is super quick, so it's a great housewarming or secret santa gift knit. The finished microbe is about 1.5 inches wide.
What you will need: 2 knitting needles (US3/3.25mm or as per tension advice), 5-10g fluffy/eyelash DK or Chunky yarn (e.g. Bergere de France Plume), Small but strong magnet (optional), Two black toy safety eyes – 6mm, Polyfil toy stuffing, 1 tapestry needle for finishing
