The Diamonds and Mates Socks are worked in an easily memorized two-colour pattern with a complementary pattern for sole. The sock is worked from the toe up, with a traditional heel flap. Toe, heel and cuff are worked in the main colour.
Materials Yarns: 50 g Drops Fabel (75% wool, 25% polyamide, colour black, for main colour), 50 g Fru Valborg Merino Swirl (80% merino superwash, 20% polyamide, 365 m / 100 g, colour Carneval, for contrast colour), or equivalent Needles and notions: Double pointed needles size 2.5 mm or US 1½, 2 stitch markers Gauge: 32 stitches / 42 rounds in Stockinette stitch = 10cm or 4 inches
