Jamieson’s of Shetland ‘Spindrift’ is recommended for the pattern due to its unique properties.

The yarn’s robust, rustic nature creates a special little house and a wonderfully stable fabric on which

to add the simple (optional) hand embroidery.

A basic understanding of simple embroidery techniques will be helpful for this project although a unique little

house can be created without the addition of the decorative stitching.

The House has a unique construction which creates stability and a perfect canvas to add some simple

embroidery.

The House is fulled after knitting (quick and easy) which again helps to create the lovely base for the

embroidery.

The Door/Windows are added to complete and then some simple stitching is applied to decorate.
