White Lace Baby Blanket

This is a pattern for a baby blanket (afghan, christening shawl) in lace design made with light worsted (category 3) yarn and size G/6 (4.25 mm) crochet hook. The finished blanket measures approximately 37 by 31 inches. The skill level is beginner. The stitches used are: chains, single crochets, double crochets, and slip stitches. The pattern is written in English, using the US crochet terminology. This pattern is my original design and it cannot be redistributed.
