Water is an asymmetrical triangle shawl worked with the same technique found in Waiting for Rain (amongst some of my other shawls), the technique I’ve called Softsweater Knits Charted Lace Short Rows.
The added fabric from the watery twisted stitch lace short rows creates a wonderful unique shape reminiscent of a teardrop. Turning the otherwise triangle shawl shape into something more likely to fall from the sky as rain.
