Violet Waves is a lightweight wrap for spring and summer. It softly undulates with the wonderful colors of Noro yarn. The finished wrap measures 72 inches (182.9cm) in length by 18 inches(45.7cm) in width. The top of the wrap is made with the Tunisian Simple Stitch. It is is only 15 stitches across and can be made with a conventional crochet hook instead of with a Tunisian or Afghan hook. The rest of the wrap is traditional crochet across the length. It is composed of rows of stitches that grow gradually taller and then shorter, thus creating the wave effect.
