Very simple rainbow blanket

Grandchild number 2 is on the way! Of course, this baby also gets their own blanket. I wanted to be able to do this project basically on the side – so I am knitting four strips of 30 cm in wide each with a beautiful colour gradient in stockinette stitch while I watch TV in the evening. The finished strips will be connected using the kitchener stitch later to make up the blanket. This is a really easy project and even though the end result is quite large, it is easy to do. At the end, I will add a border in checkered stitch so that the blanket stays flat and in shape. The baby can come!
