Tumbling Blocks Get Square Blanket var02

This pattern describes a method to crochet C2C or Tumbling Block stitch in the round, to create a textured square shape that makes a lovely blanket or cushion cover. This pattern works up very quickly and is suited to yarns of various type and ply.

Please note: this variant is the less complex solution for working the corners. Please refer to ‘Tumbling Blocks Get Square - variant 01’ for the more complex corner construction method. The corners are slightly neater as worked with the more complex method (var01).

I recommend trying a sample with tumbling blocks made with 3 DCs and another with 2 DCs in your yarn of choice. The effect is quite different and you will definitely have a preference for one or the other.
