Perfect for staying cozy next to a fire or hiking in chilly weather, this comfy cabled sweater is ideal in the tweedy yarn. Knit in the round from the bottom up, it includes waist shaping and German short-row shaped shoulders that are joined using a bind off that produces a cable-like seam.
The sleeves are also worked in the round from the cuff up, then the cap is worked back and forth.
Body and sleeves feature a traveling cable that's also a twist stitch. Though shown as a turtleneck, instructions are included for making this pullover as a mock neck or a crewneck version.
