Here’s a cute pair of mittens that uses a ribbed stitch with a twist; the 1x1 ribs are incorporated into the cable design. Ribbing makes them very stretchy, so it is easy to fit to men and women of all sizes. (Brilliant for gifts where you may not know everyone’s exact size.)
