The Penny Drops is the first piece of "heART" in "The Penny Collection", named for my mom. The blanket is constructed using post stitches on Tunisian crochet to create a beautifully textured blanket, with a center and 2 side panels. The panels are bordered with crochet post stitch patterns before assembly and the blanket finished with an eyecatching border. Caron Cakes were used as the main color with a contrast yarn to create the color block effect. This project is suitable for competent beginner Tunisian crocheters who are familiar with the basics of the technique.
