These legwarmers are all about colour and texture used in an easy-to-work way. The chosen yarn is a soft variegated one that comes in striking colourways. The stitch pattern and the yarn make a fascinating hybrid, because you can see the ribs spiralling around the leg at 45-degree angles, and yet the colourway ankle- bracelets them. The rib pattern is both charted and written out, but it's not extensive either way, and the pair knits up fast in this chunky yarn. Good knit/purl and chart-reading practice for beginners.
