This original designer knitwear hand knitting pattern book from Award Winning Designer Marianne Henio is for The Alice Jacket. The 2 x 2 Seed Stitch throughout gives an interesting effect and yet is very easy to knit. The shape is flattering and it's a very fashionable style for all sizes. It is knitted in a chunky yarn so knits up easily and quickly.
Schematics with measurements are included. A measurement chart gives dimensions of each size. The pattern is for sizes XS/SM/M/L/XL and XXL (see size chart). Photographic illustrations and instructions throughout.
Knitted with size 7mm needles. Gauge for seed stitch is 13.04 sts = 10cm, 19.42 rs = 10cm. Knitted in Hayfield Bonus Chunky in grey.
Approx 770g used for size SM.
