Taken from The Eras Tour poster, this chart was designed using Stitch Fiddle cleaned up manually to allow for the minimum amount of colours to make it look it's best - 16... just a couple.
Chart contains full yarn recommendations and approximate amounts.
I have chosen to work the pattern in waistcoat stitch, but you can use whatever format you like.
