Perfect for summer adventures, wear this duster length cardigan while you're out and about, or simply lounging at the beach. Worked in a silk/linen blend, it's a cool and lightweight coverup.
Worked back and forth from the bottom up, the right and left sides are worked separately to the length of the back slit, then joined to work in one piece to the armholes. Decreases to shape the front V-neck are echoed on the back to move the lace panels toward the shoulders, where the front and back panels meet. Waist shaping gives this duster a more flattering fit.
The sleeves are worked in the round from the cuff to the underarm length, then the cap is worked back and forth.
A narrow band of garter stitch edges the front and neck edges, with One-Row Buttonholes worked along the right front.
