The inspiration behind this design was I had a fixation on making handbags and clutches and I had some yarn left over from a testing I did for Knotions Magazine. It was the best and prettiest yarn I ever worked with!
I was also looking to design some crochet patterns that would be good as Scrap Busters and the Sweet Georgia Clutch was the perfect choice!
I used around 50 yards of Sweet Georgia DK weight yarn and a US G or 4mm Crochet Hook
The stitch I used in this design is the Wattle Stitch, which consists of Single Crochet, Chain 1, Double Crochet all in the same stitch.
