The great thing about patterns based over 2x2 ribbing is their ability to stretch and therefore have flexible sizing. This is an especially nice feature for hats because you can knit it and have a wide audience to gift it to! This particular hat will fit head sizes from 19-24”.
As written this hat will slouch straight back. To alter the “slouchiness” play with rnds 1-16. They are an 8 row repeat that can be worked once, twice (called for in pattern), or not at all for a much shorter hat.
